We have an opportunity for a Salesforce Developer to join our Enterprise Salesforce CRM team in Golden Valley, MN. You will leverage your expertise in Salesforce administration and development to drive the evolution of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) capabilities, ensuring we continue to meet the changing needs of our global customer base with efficiency and innovation. You'll be a key player in designing, implementing, and optimizing our Salesforce solutions, directly impacting our ability to continue growing and leading the world in smart, sustainable water solutions.

** This is a permanent, direct-hire position. You will work a hybrid work schedule with 3 days/week on-site in Golden Valley, MN. ** #LI-Hybrid

You will:

• Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce.com (SFDC) solutions to support business requirements, enhancing functionality and improving user experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, provide technical insight, and align Salesforce capabilities with business goals.
• Support the Salesforce environment, including creating customizations, configurations, and integrations with external systems, ensuring optimal performance.
• Provide ongoing support and training to Salesforce users, enhancing their understanding and use of the platform.
• Stay abreast of new Salesforce features and technologies, recommending and implementing improvements to our ecosystem.

Key Qualifications:

• Have earned a bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.). A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field a plus.
• Salesforce certification(s) preferred.
• Have 1-2 years of related professional experience, including understanding of coding languages such Apex, Visualforce, and/or Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features, configuration options, and data management tools.
• Proven configuration experience in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud. Salesforce Marketing and Field Service Cloud a plus.
• Advanced experience creating and optimizing Salesforce Flows for process automation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Compensation:

For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated annualized base pay range will be from $71000 - $131800 / year. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs. This position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as annual incentive bonus.
