Front-end Work Order Entry Specialist

Job Description:

• Data entry of orders from customers into a company's ERP system, ensuring all information is correct and up to date.
• Process orders in a timely and efficient manner to meet customer delivery expectations.
• Resolve any issues that arise with customer orders including changes, cancellations, or discrepancies.
• Work with other departments, such as sales, manufacturing, and shipping, to maintain order accuracy.
• Respond to inquiries from sales, program managers, customer service and management regarding orders and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
• Participate in continuous process improvement to ensure maximum efficiency in the order entry process.
• Check inventory levels and provide feedback to the Purchasing Team.
