• Estimated annual base pay: $132,800.00 (minimum) - $166,000.00 (midpoint) - $199,200.00 (maximum)

Are you an experienced Program Manager looking for career growth and visibility to high-level leadership across the enterprise? Do you have a passion for learning new software technologies and applying them to meet business needs? We have an exciting opportunity for you! As an IT Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and executing global projects of critical importance, including our upcoming multi-year SAP S/4 HANA system transformation. In this role, you will collaborate with various functions, site leadership, and corporate leadership to ensure program objectives and goals are achieved. The sky's the limit for what you can learn, relationships you can form, and the value that you can generate in this role.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead IT projects / programs of large size, global reach and critical importance, including a multi-year ERP transformation, to ensure they are completed on time and of high quality
• Work with various stakeholders across our global organization to align project goals and objectives with the company's overall strategy
• Communicate regularly and effectively across the organization, including up to the executive level
• Manage external partners and suppliers to ensure alignment with the organization's interests
• Support Organizational Change Management activities that are critical to program success

What We Are Looking For

• US - Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) required - preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or other related field
• 5+ years in program management experience
• 5+ years experience in specific functional area (IT, Manufacturing, etc.)
• US - Master's degree in Arts/Sciences (MA/MS) Business Administration or international equivalent preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required, or plan to achieve within 1 year
• Certified Change Practitioner, or equivalent, certification required, or plan to achieve within 1 year
• Travel will be required, including international locations
