Senior Practitioner, Analyst/ Specialist If position requires a Clearance add one of the below: ***This position requires an active Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance to be considered. *** The Senior Practitioner, Analyst/Specialist is responsible for leading complex system analyses and developing advanced testing strategies to ensure quality assurance. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to define project objectives, mentoring junior team members, and overseeing the implementation of automated testing frameworks. The position requires strong analytical skills, project management expertise, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams. The Senior Practitioner also plays a key role in risk management and continuous improvement initiatives within the organization. Compensation & Benefits:
- Estimated Starting Salary Range for Senior Practitioner, Analyst/ Specialist: $110K
- Pay commensurate with experience.

Senior Practitioner, Analyst/ Specialist Responsibilities Include:
- Design, implement, and conduct test and evaluation procedures to ensure system requirements are met.
- Develop, maintain, and upgrade automated test scripts and architectures for application products.
- Write, implement, and report on the status of system test cases.
- Analyze test cases and provide regular progress reports.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, offering testing expertise to support user requirements for complex software/hardware applications.
- Direct and/or participate in all phases of risk management assessments and software/hardware development, focusing on user requirements analysis, test design, and test tools selection.
- Act as the senior advisor responsible for defining, maintaining, and ensuring adherence to quality assurance procedures and processes.
- Oversee the work of junior staff members and provide guidance as needed.
- Lead complex analysis of systems and processes to identify strategic improvements.
- Design and implement advanced testing strategies and methodologies for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts and team members in best practices and methodologies.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on project findings, recommendations, and outcomes.
- Oversee the development and execution of automated testing frameworks and scripts.
- Conduct risk assessments and manage mitigation strategies throughout project lifecycles.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Senior Practitioner, Analyst/ Specialist Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
- Relevant Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of applicable experience in software development/ engineering, computer science, computer engineering, mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
- Deep understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and various testing methodologies.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks, including scripting knowledge.
- Strong project management skills and familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Proven leadership and mentorship abilities in guiding junior team members.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Familiarity with risk assessment techniques and regulatory compliance standards.
