The Washington, DC office of Paul Hastings is seeking an experienced lawyer (six or more years of relevant experience) for its Telecommunications and Media practice group. Deep experience in regulatory matters involving telecommunications, media and FCC matters required, including experience with FCC and state regulatory proceedings. Strong analytical and writing skills required. Experience with FCC enforcement or transactional matters preferred. Interest or experience with other national security/surveillance issues is a plus. Outstanding academic credentials and law firm experience required.

The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $390,000 and a maximum of $435,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
