Kennedy Jenks is seeking an experienced Civil/Mechanical Construction Inspector for a project in the Phoenix, AZ area. The ideal Civil/Mechanical Constructions Inspector will have an outstanding work ethic and high integrity to provide construction Inspection on water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Responsibilities: Primary duties of a Civil/Mechanical Construction Inspector are to inspect construction work to ensure conformance with contract documents and all applicable codes and standards. Work includes preparation of daily written reports, contractor time and material records, review contractor's request for additional compensation, preparation of descriptions/reasons/estimates for change orders, verification of work in place quantities for contractor payment applications, coordination of construction work with facility operations and other stakeholders and ensuring the safety and quality of the work.
Qualifications:
Hourly pay range for this position is anticipated to be $45.00 to $60.00 and may vary based upon education, experience, qualifications, licensure/certifications and geographic location.
