ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage staffing to ensure Dream Mortgage Center can remain open
  • Complete new file set up to include validating and completing application; organizing and uploading income and asset documentation; scheduling loans for closing.
  • Weekly distribution of iEmergent data to all Market representatives.
  • Maintain an outreach log for Fair Lending and CRA activities
  • Assist in daily loan file progress and liaison between mortgage operations processes, client requests, mortgage executive follow up, and file documentation.
  • Assist in new client origination and mortgage loan pipeline management.
  • Provide assistance to other Mortgage Executives if needed.
  • Shred files once the loan has closed and funded.
  • Answers client inquiries and general simple administration tasks like updating letters of pre-qualification.
  • Host business development events, attend community events etc.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.


ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES OR DETAILS

Begin to develop an independent business development plan and portfolio of loans.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma with previous banking and/or financial experience.
  • College experience in a business field of 2 to 4 years is preferable.
  • Knowledge of banking terminology and procedures.
  • Interpersonal skills to represent the Bank in a positive way in dealing with clients and other team members.
  • Ability to work closely with all areas of the bank and ensure clear communication and implementation of all policies, procedures and compliance requirements are disseminated.
  • Ability to adjust to change and a willingness to be a team player.
  • Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, and personal appearance.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative and make decisions within scope of authority.


WORK CONDITIONS

  • Regular and predictable attendance in an office setting
  • Able to sit in front of a computer for extended periods of time
  • Little to no travel
