The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity is available for an Sales Support Specialist as part of the Singlewire Software team. The primary responsibility is to assist the Sales Team in administering and completing the order process. You will be the front-line representation of our brand to customer and partners.

The Job functions include:


  • Establish positive engagements with customers and external partners. Responsible for maintaining deals in-process and working with vendors for quote creations.
  • Provide detailed, accurate, and complete quotes for products to high level customers. Return completed quotes to customer in timely manner.
  • Answer questions and provide product, processing, and pricing guidance in a professional and timely manner via email, and phone.
  • Responsible for maintaining current knowledge of changes to sales policies, organizational structure and territory assignments, as well as communications on sales strategy and initiatives.
  • Drive data accuracy and clean info in Salesforce so our pipeline is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Review orders for accuracy and potential issues in meeting the order requirements before submitting for processing.
  • Timely delivery of customer software upgrades and product demos through license key generation.
  • Learn about the different technologies that we offer in order to be superior in quoting. We need someone who is technology curious.
  • Respond via email to issues related to Singlewire Support Community registration problems, lost or forgotten passwords, and inability to access downloads as a result of invalid maintenance contracts.


Searching for the following Skills and Talents:

  • Strong customer service mentality. Highly motivated, self-starter.
  • Detail oriented, highly organized personality who is not afraid to wear multiple hats. Excellent research and critical thinking skills.
  • Salesforce experience is preferred, but not required. CRM experience, or willingness to learn
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of staff through both verbal and written communications with attention to grammar and spelling.
  • Possess a positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact and build strong working relationships with peers at all levels of the organization.
  • Disciplined, self-motivated & reliable; able to stay focused on a task and work independently; motivated to perform quality work; diligent about arriving to work on time and completing tasks

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com
  • Cisco knowledge
