Introduction to the job
We are looking for an exceptionally skilled hands-on Optical Engineer for our SEM department in the ASML - HMI. This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. * 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology. Role and responsibilitiesThe Optical Engineer role is responsible for all research, design, development, test and qualification of optical modules for ASML-HMI's products, such as imaging system, leveling sensor, alignment sensor, seat sensor, tilt sensor, interferometer, etc. Education and experience* PhD or MS candidates in Optical engineering, physics or other engineering disciplines. Worked for large scale system and have basic knowledge of Mechanical, EE, Electronic Optical and Computer Engineering and have specific strength at one of the above areas.
