Embark on a transformative career journey with the Oceaneering Engineering Rotational Program (OERP), a dynamic two-year initiative tailored for engineering graduates and early-career professionals. This program offers a distinctive opportunity to engage in four immersive full-time assignments spanning various Oceaneering service lines and job functions. Crafted to cultivate the future leaders of technology, the program exposes participants to diverse roles, functions, and industries in a condensed timeframe. Collaborate closely with senior engineering staff, mentors, and peers to foster career development through on-the-job experiences, informal interactions, and formal training.
