Our team in Corporate Group is looking for an OneStream Lead System Administrator to join them. In this role, will be responsible for oversite of the administration of the Company's Financial Planning and Analysis System (OneStream), including acting as a liaison between Finance/Accounting, Financial Systems, and IT. You will report to the Director of Corporate Finance Enterprise Applications and will have a hybrid work schedule in East Aurora, NY.

To be considered for the OneStream Lead System Administrator role, here's what you'll typically need to bring with you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Accounting Information Systems, or other related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience with financial system applications.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and adapt to a complex environment.
  • Experience with OneStream in a global environment is highly desirable.

As an OneStream Lead System Administrator, you will:

  • Spearhead the creation and implementation of systematic solutions for enterprise-wide Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) processes. This includes major projects aimed at standardizing practices across the company.
  • Oversee Corporate and Group FP&A processes, including:
    • Financial Planning
    • Financial Reporting and Analytics
    • Long-Range Planning
    • Detailed Budgeting
    • Predictive Analytics
  • Ensure alignment with Financial Close and Consolidation Applications.
  • Collaborate with Functional Leadership to prioritize projects and develop implementation roadmaps.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with project team members, other departments, and functional leadership involved in projects, systems, and IT strategies.
  • Act as the intermediary between Finance and Accounting, Financial Systems, and IT.
  • Coach and review the work of supporting system analysts and supervise external consultants.
  • Manage and administer system changes and upgrades, including metadata changes, dashboards, workflows, system updates, and process improvements.
  • Oversee metadata management across non-OneStream applications utilizing OneStream data.
  • Maintain account and cost center mappings from ERP systems that support financial consolidation.
  • Design and build reports for the financial reporting process.
  • Keep users informed about system capabilities and provide training and materials. Offer support for troubleshooting data validation, access, and reporting issues.

Salary Range Transparency:

Buffalo, NY $110,000.00-$150,000.00 Annually

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, employee stock purchase plan, an open paid time off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
