Position Overview

The Salesforce OmniStudio Business Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery and maintenance of Salesforce solutions that align with government regulations and standards. This position requires a deep understanding of Salesforce, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities



  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Solution Design: Work with cross-functional teams to design and develop Salesforce solutions that meet business needs and adhere to government regulations.
  • Government Compliance: Ensure all Salesforce solutions comply with relevant government regulations, standards, and security protocols.
  • User Story Development: Create detailed user stories and process flows to guide development efforts.
  • Testing and Validation: Participate in testing activities, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
  • User Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to end-users on Salesforce functionalities and best practices.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Salesforce configurations, customizations, and processes.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize Salesforce processes and workflows.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with developers, system administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.


Required Skills and Experience



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Salesforce.
  • Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce OmniStudio Consultant or Developer.
  • Proven experience in government projects and understanding of relevant regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a 1 team.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.


Preferred Skills and Experience



  • Additional Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant.
  • Experience working in Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Deep understanding of government IT environments and procurement processes.


Clearance Requirements

U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

United States - Remote

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $102,000 - $132,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
