  • Designing communications strategies that distill complex product descriptions and messaging into their simplest form and leverage the paid, owned, and earned ecosystem to create personalized and valuable experiences.
  • Being the brand, business, and customer expert, developing a robust understanding of audience needs and the buying journey
  • Optimize digital engagement to improve results and create meaningful touchpoints and enhance the customer experience based on results and best practices

Requirements

  • An integrated strategist, with required expertise in B2C CRM and Marketing Orchestration
  • 6-8 years experience in direct response, marketing orchestration, lead nurture, 1:1, content creation, and CRM, with a deep understanding of data capture and performance strategies
  • Experience with consumer electronics brands (Samsung, Apple, etc.) a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant area, graduate degree a plus
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with a knack for simplifying the complex
  • Ability to pivot to accommodate client and agency priorities
  • Passionate curiosity, collaborative spirit, optimism to find the answer, and work ethic
  • Willingness to visit the client onsite in their New Jersey offices 2-3x per week
