Correspondence Manager Located at the Washington Navy Yard, DC. This position is in the Aircraft Carrier Design and Systems Engineering Directorate (SEA 05V) at Naval Sea Systems Command. The duty station will be at the Washington Navy Yard (WNY). The position serves as Correspondence Manager supporting the Nimitz and Ford Class Aircraft Carrier senior Management. Candidate will manage outgoing correspondence for the Aircraft Carrier Engineering Team, (SEA 05V) at the Naval Sea Systems Command. Duties and responsibilities include:
Qualifications (Requirement) Bachelor's degree and 3 year's experience with correspondence and records management or military experience as an E-5 or above in Yeoman or Personnel Specialist fields or High School degree and 10 year's experience with correspondence and records management.
(Requirement) Experience with Office 365 programs (Requirement) Very good writing and communication skills
(Requirement) Must have good interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to follow directions is a must. Applicants must be able to work well alone and as part of a team. (Requirement) Active Secret Security Clearance and U.S. Citizenship. |
