Ensures standards in work output and SLA's are met. 25% Facilitates and coordinates regular discussion with peers and business partners to set expectations and work priorities. Lead and promote team's services and manages team's projects as needed. 20% Provides direct supervision of technical team, sets goals and expectations. Provides mentorship to grow staff competency 20% Provides portfolio roadmaps and ensures services are secured and on current version of software. Responsible for the security and review of all database services. 10% Oversees and manages software licenses and maintenance contracts required to support database services.
