Job Description

ROLE OVERVIEW
Support the safe and efficient packing, labeling, and supply of materials for Finishing equipment. Learn the operation of Finishing equipment and apply safety, quality, and production procedures to help produce high-quality products in a timely manner.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

  • Pack, label, and palletize finished rolls while maintaining safety and quality standards.
  • Assist in operating Finishing equipment and ensure necessary supplies are stocked.
  • Support Finishing operators with equipment setups, paperwork, and operations.
  • Learn and apply knowledge of safety, quality, and production standards.
  • Understand work order specifications and identify quality defects.
  • Complete tasks efficiently and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate constructively with co-workers and management to improve operations.

WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU

  • High school diploma or equivalent; one year of manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Basic computer, math, measurement, and communication skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions, stay on task, and prioritize safety.
  • Flexibility to support multi-shift operations and willingness to drive a forklift.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for up to 12 hours.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Stand, walk, and lift continuously for up to 12 hours.
  • Repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs without assistance.
  • Operate a forklift and support multi-shift operations as needed.
