Job Overview

The Brand and Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the creation and implementation of the digital, social, and brand marketing strategy needed to support the Transport and Maintenance Commercial and Financial goals outlined by Red Classic ELT. This position will be responsible for developing a robust marketing/advertising strategy to support the RCT Commercial plan across all service solution offerings. This role will lead the long-term strategy for our brand Red Classic, which would encompass, our recruiting, customer acquisition, internal marketing development and industry-facing contacts.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manages the creation, development, and implementation of our digital, social, and brand marketing long-term and short terms strategies to support the RCT Commercial plan, financial goals, recruiting, customer acquisition, internal marketing, and industry-facing contacts.
  • Oversees marketing analytics and reporting to assess the effectiveness and ROI of all marketing investments. Effectively summarize the marketing strategy and provides performance updates for colleagues and leadership.
  • Develops a multi-prong marketing strategy to reach prospective and/ or lapsed customers while supporting the business development team through new business growth needs.
  • Builds relationships with media/marketing vendors within the transportation industry and stays up to date with emerging industry trends.
  • Assists in maintaining the consistency of brand messaging and voice across all social media platforms; purchases company-branded items for career fairs and trade shows.
  • Supports the company's internal communications with the development and execution of messaging strategies that enables effective engagement with teammates throughout the Red Classic network.
  • Assists in event planning and coordination of company events.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Extensive transportation industry knowledge with experience in strategic brand marketing

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge acquired through 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Transportation
