TASC has a long history of bringing game-changing solutions to the benefits field, and as a member of the Enterprise Shared Services Finance team, you will play an integral role in the oversight of financial analysis across all TASC product lines.
Position Summary:
You will assist with decision support generation and will work with management to continuously improve the accuracy, reasonable, and timeliness of the planning and performance monitoring processes. The successful candidate will assist in all areas of the enterprise in development of financial modeling and perform financial information along with key performance measurements (driver/outcome relationships).

Position Responsibilities:
- Manage and improve the processes and models for revenue and profit contribution planning and forecasting by product line. Oversee business performance reporting and variance analysis for the products and services offered, including providing insight and recommendations for cost savings or profitability improvement strategies
- Contribute to ad hoc analytical projects as necessary both within and beyond your primary areas of focus. Work closely with non-finance personnel to extract information needed to develop financial and operational analyses. Cooperate with other departments in the preparation of statistical studies, key performance indicators, and cost/benefit analysis.
- Presents financial information in an understandable and actionable way to non-finance and finance personnel; compile or prepare reports, graphs, and charts of data developed
- Assists with Annual Budget processes and variance analysis across functional areas.
Qualified candidates will possess:
- A BS degree or equivalent experience in Finance or Accounting
- 5-7 years relevant financial planning and analysis experience
- Strong experience working with an ERP system. Your experience with several different systems will demonstrate your ability to learn new systems well!
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Expert level Excel skills
