Operations and Certification Specialist Your tasks
Full-time exempt position for TUV SUD America Inc. Occasional local and domestic travel may be required. Hours beyond the normal work week may be required to satisfy deadlines. Roles and Responsibilities: Recruiting activities for lead auditors/auditors: conduct internet searches, social media platforms and maintain external job postings for lead auditor/Auditor candidates. Pre-screen candidates to prepare for interviews. Support leadership team with additional hiring activities. Coordinate and maintain onboarding plans. Support training of new employees on internal databases and procedures. Manage Auditors status in iCert (Standards, EA codes, appointed duration. Maintain auditor qualification records in iCert. Support tracking of auditor performance tasks such as timeliness of report submission, rejection response and other key audit operations activities that affect timing of certificates. Responsible for iCERT support to audit staff (reset passwords, upload problems, workflows, etc) as needed. Also responsible for granting or terminating user rights as assigned by Certification Body Manager/Assistant Manager. Oversee new auditor mentoring program; assign mentoring auditors to new auditors Maintain monitoring auditing program. Identify auditors and coordinate with customer service to schedule monitoring audits. coordinate review of monitoring results. Maintain QMS documentation in iCert Coordinate ANAB witness and office audits. Work with Customer Service to schedule witness audits, provide required documentation to ANAB. Request pertinent documentation from the client or auditors to aid in audit planning for accreditation witness audits and office audits. Assist with certification body/Operations activities and Improvement Projects. Maintain and manage external accreditation databases, examples ( EQM, SQF, OAISIS, TIA) Maintain Cert body auditor forum teams page, send out CB alerts and CB news to identified TUV SUD recipients. Administer SQF program; coordinate technical reviews/Veto reviews Other activities as designated by Certification Body Manager/Assistant Certification Body Manager Your qualifications
Education and Experience: 10+ years work experience in the Management Systems Certification business or similar / related field. Skills: Computer Proficiency Excellent Project Management Skills Excellent Communication Skills Experience with Management System Standards Excellent interpersonal skills Additional Information
