The Field Sales Representatives will be responsible for the growth of gross sales, revenue, and average selling price of the assigned territory through creating long-term customer relationships and satisfaction. They will engage and own relationships with all customers to cultivate and grow market share through hands on product and services education and demonstration. This role will be responsible for driving the sales process increasing share of wallet within assigned territory. They will be responsible for building relationships with cross functional business partners to effectively position Starkey's value proposition with customers. Field Sales Representatives will be responsible for account strategy along with owing the account plan and business reviews across assigned territory. This role will be responsible for driving the sales process increasing share of wallet within assigned territory. Field Sales Representatives will be responsible for building relationships with cross functional business partners to effectively position Starkey's value proposition with customers. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include: geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is eligible for a bonus based upon performance results. There is no guarantee of payout.
