The Production Operations Technician responsibilities include but arenot limited to: Project Milestone Updates / Project Planning (Team Internal and External) Operations Planning Team Interface Plan to Pay Management and Coordination Equipment Management / Tracking / Identification Specification & Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Maintenance and Coordination Environmental Health and Safety Data Collection Management of Change (MOC) Program Data Management Asset Integrity Program Data Management Plugging Program Data Collection and Management Vendor Compliance Team Lead Required Experience and Skills: BS/BA/AD in Project Management, Business Management, Engineering, is preferred or at least 2-4 years of related experience in the industry Valid driver's license required. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite to include use of queries / Pivot Tables / VLookup coupled with a basic understanding of Smartsheet / Power Bi / Coding Languages (R / SQL / Python) Understanding of process flow & equipment used for separation of fluids in common oil and gas production Accountable for results - holding yourself and teams around you to high standards daily Interpersonal skills is a must - will be working with a variety of different personalities on the team Able to take complex workflows/ideas and communicate them concisely to achieve results Self-starter / team player Able to work independently as needed and solve basic problems with no guidance Comfortable with working behind a computer for a majority of the workday Preferred Experience and Skills: Prior experience in the oil and gas industry (at least 2-4 years if not degreed) Advanced Microsoft Office Suite experience to include Vizio Familiarization with: Scada Systems AutoCAD Smartsheet Salesforce Power Bi Coding Languages (R / SQL / Python) Displays traits such as: Trust - Integrity is a must / the right candidate will have high levels and can be counted on at all times. Teamwork - Able to work with operations and other disciplines to achieve results. Heart - Always gives everything for the success of the team and company. Humble - Willing to learn Self-Starter - Able to take basic instructions and work independently or with others to meet goals Flexible - Able to shift focus as needed for the success of the group or company. Hybrid (remote and Waynesburg, Clarksburg, or Moundsville Office) work is being considered for this role.
