Snowflake is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support Engineering leaders and their teams to provide a full range of HR business support. This role is based in our San Mateo Office and in office attendance is required. This hire will work closely with the global HRBP team, COEs, and key stakeholders to advise, drive strategy, and influence client groups on issues involving, but not limited to, People Strategy, Employee Relations, Organizational Design & Development, Leader Development, and Coaching. The ideal candidate must have experience directly supporting global Engineering teams and understands how to work with and coach senior executives. Ideally, this person will have a deep understanding of the technology space and is able to influence leaders with data. Must be interested in making a significant impact in several critical business areas in the function and excels in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. This person will report directly to the Director, HRBP - Product Organization. Snowflake utilizes a hybrid work model, with 3 days a week in the San Mateo office. The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
