Strategic Planner Key Role: Conduct analysis, provide recommendations, and support staff planning for the participation in Army Futures Command, wargames, working groups, exercise planning, and staff processes in support of command objectives. Determine operational feasibility of, and subsequent planning for, integration of existing and emerging technologies, capabilities, Concepts of Operation (CONOPs) and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedure (TTP) into division, corps, and theater level exercises and experimentation opportunities throughout the Indo-Pacific region. Execute independent decisions within established guidelines and ensure appropriate level of discretion while handling highly sensitive and confidential data.Coordinate with U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (INDOPACOM), Army, sister services and U.S. Army Pacific (USARPAC) and subordinate commands. Support deliberate force-modernization planning and provide recommendations for inclusion of future technologies topics.May be called upon to represent Concepts Division during OPTs, IPRs, AARs, war games, conferences, and meetings timed to allow for maximal participation across multiple time zones.Plan and manage events that allow clients to discuss emerging technologies, capabilities, CONOPs, and TTPs, including tabletop exercises (TTX), In-Progress Reviews (IPR), and After-Action Reports (AAR). Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
