Job Description The role of the Network Performance Monitoring Engineer (Product Engineer/Infrastructure) is to provide engineering services to support the selection, deployment, and lifecycle management of the Monitoring toolset. The work is always in alignment to the current and approved Network architectural, roadmaps, technology standards and templates.Establish written procedures, guidelines and techniques, develops, enhances, tests, supports, maintains, and debugs vended software and inhouse developed scripts that support the network monitoring functions. Individual contributor role; fully competent to work under general direction on the most complex projects, often on multiple phases, and seeks guidance and direction from more senior Network Engineers. Often responsible for the completion of a phase of a project. Participates in various automation and integration activities, resulting in more efficient and effective operations / administration.
