Job Description

The AHB Regional Relationship Lead Consultant is responsible for retaining, identifying, and selling opportunities for additional lines of business with regional size accounts This individual will manage their book of business, develop, and execute strategies for assigned accounts to achieve retention and growth targets. *This position can sit anywhere in the United States, but some travel is required*Must be Actively Licensed in Accident, Life, and Health Key Responsibilities

* Provide feedback on changes in the marketplace

* Establishes internal partnerships to ensure prompt resolution to any issues may become aware of during discussions

* Holds regular discussions with decisions makers at large accounts to educate on market trends and associate needs based on in depth market knowledge

* Develops and executes strategy for regional account portfolio retention and growth

* Help implement and support the corporate strategy

* Develops and executes strategies for assigned accounts to achieve retention and growth targets.

* Ensuring prompt issues resolution for existing accounts

* Educating clients on Allstate (AS) products and value proposition to expand client relationship (share of wallet)

* Develops relationships with assigned clients and the producer (broker/consultant) of the account

Education

* 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience

* 5 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Compensation

* This role includes a base pay of $75k in addition to bonuses up to $85k. Total Earning Potential: $160k

Compensation offered for this role is $68,300.00 - 93,950.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
