The Field Growth and Engagement team plays an important role as the ambassador and champion for Northwestern Mutual's Advisor Value proposition. Our team partners with Managing Partners to ensure advisors optimize their affiliation with Northwestern Mutual by capitalizing on the support, products, practice platforms, and services available. The Assistant Director FG&E is expected to be an expert at expressing the value of affiliation with Northwestern Mutual's leader led field system.

Key Responsibilities

Support Managing Partner efforts to grow advisor practices by maximizing engagement on a comprehensive and integrated NM Platform. This includes Local Advisor Experience, Risk and Wealth solutions, team structures, planning solutions, technology, path to pathfinder, ad Granum/client building. Building.

Serve as the primary point of contact for field leaders and their teams on items related to the advisor experience.

Partner with field leaders to develop and improve local services/solutions/systems across the core dimensions of Local Advisor Experience.

Provide Managing Partners and advisors with timely and relevant updates impacting the advisor experience. (i.e. grid, program fees,

Activate key elements of the enterprise strategy through field leader and advisor partnerships. (change management, PX, protect and prosper, CX)

Establish and maintain critical career advisor relationships.

Partner with our regional performance teams and field leaders to establish an annual advisor growth and engagement plan for each network office to deliver successful career advisor performance outcomes.

Identify key practices within assigned offices and assess for ongoing needs and risks.

Compensation Range:

Pay Range - Start:

$100,030.00

Pay Range - End:

$185,770.00

Northwestern Mutual pays on a geographic-specific salary structure and placement in the salary range for this position will be determined by a number of factors including the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; the scope, complexity as well as the cost of labor in the market; and other conditions of employment. At Northwestern Mutual, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
