POSITION: Senior Staff Engineer, Structural DIVISION: Operations DEPARTMENT: Engineering & Construction UNION/GRADE: Unit 9/Grade 25 BASIC PURPOSE: Provides structural engineering and project management for Operations Division capital and maintenance projects and technical services. SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Works under the general supervision of a Program Manager or Senior Program Manager. SUPERVISION EXERCISED: Exercises close supervision and direction to engineers and drafters on assigned projects. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: A valid Class D Motor Vehicle Operators License. Massachusetts Registered Professional Engineer license preferred. TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT USED: Office machines as normally associated with the use of telephone, personal computer including word processing and other software, copy and machines.
