Summary: The Associate Compensation Analyst provides analytical support for the administration and delivery of HHMI's compensation programs. They will perform external market analysis, validate internal equity, participate in salary surveys, stay current on market or regulatory changes, prepare job descriptions, and assist the compensation team with day-to-day compensation program administration. They will collaborate with the compensation team and HR Business Partners to support compensation programs. This role reports to HHMI's Headquarters in Chevy Chase, Maryland, three days a week and reports to the Senior Manager, Compensation Programs. What we provide:

Compensation Range $71,880.00 (minimum) - $89,850.00 (midpoint) - $116,805.00 (maximum)Pay Type: AnnualHHMI's salary structure is developed based on relevant job market data. HHMI considers a candidate's education, previous experiences, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity when making job offers.
