Could you be the full-time onsite Product Industrialization Manager in Plattsburgh, NY, US we're looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your industrial engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside innovative, driven, and collaborative teammates. You'll lead the charge in streamlining our manufacturing processes, ensuring that industrial requirements are seamlessly integrated into product design from the get-go. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Production, R&D), coordinate complex co-engineering activities, and much more.

We'll look to you for:




  • Making sure that Industrial requirements are well understood and taken into account by Engineering,



  • Preparing for the introduction of new technologies with an associated process validation plan,



  • Setting up and monitoring the Industrialization Work Package budget,



  • Setting up the industrialization planning, including all activities and milestones,



  • Monitoring co-engineering activities and animating ICONE workshops,



  • Building the plan for tooling and specific manufacturing equipment,



  • Contributing to the development of the Industrial Management Plan (IMP).

  • Degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or similar,



  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing complex industrial/manufacturing projects,



  • Familiarity with mechanical/electrical work in a manufacturing/industrial environment,



  • Excellent organizational and communication skills,



  • Proven ability to design and implement industrial processes,



  • Capability to oversee project budgets and timelines,



  • Knowledge of cross-functional team leadership,



  • Adept at continuous improvement methodologies and practices.

Salary range: $80,000 - $95,000
