Overview

AmTrust Financial is recruiting for an Agency Manager with an active P&C License for our in-house insurance agency focused on small commercial business. This individual will oversee comprehensive operations of the in-house agency including enhancing account management processes and administering the management of payables.



Responsibilities

    Administration of agency management system, Nexsure AMS (training provided)
  • Manage Accounts Payable to agency partners
  • Work with Senior Management Team to monitor & track budget and expenses
  • Develop or improve agency operational strategies aligned with corporate goals
  • Work with our successful in-house sales team to increase production
  • Work with Marketing Team to increase market presence


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (Business Administration or related field preferred)
  • Active P&C Licensed Required
  • 2+ Year of Agency Management Experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize work load to meet deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
