Continuous Improvement Intern - Summer 2025

The Role:
Our site in Billerica, MA is seeking a/an Continuous Improvement Intern to join our team for the Summer 2025 season. This assignment is intended to be 12-14 weeks in duration.

What You'll Do:
* Build Power BI reports
* Manipulate data
* Learn to apply Lean methodology in a manufacturing environment
* Assist with the implementation of tiered daily management systems
* Participate in continuous improvement activities

What We Seek:
* Fundamental understanding of data models, data mining and segmentation techniques
* Help provide analytic support with BI and Data Science technologies
* Interpret trends and patterns in data
* Transform data into useful, actionable information
* Analyze and organize raw data into datasets for business needs

Outstanding Candidates Will Have:
* Familiar with relevant languages such as Python, R, XML, JSON, and SQL
* Fundamental understanding of data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques
* Lean foundation
