Procurement Center of Excellence Intern - Summer 2025

The Role:
Our site in Billerica, MA is seeking a/an Procurement Center of Excellence Intern to join our team for the Summer 2025 season. This assignment is intended to be 12-14 weeks in duration.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Center of Excellence Intern to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in procurement processes, data analysis, and project support while working closely with our Buyers and Procurement team. The Intern will contribute to the enhancement of procurement documentation, inventory management, and process automation initiatives.

What You'll Do:
- Procurement Process Documentation:

* Collaborate with Buyers to update Procurement Buying process documents.
* Upload and manage documents in ETQ for review and approval.
* ROP (Reorder Point) Analysis:
- Conduct ROP analysis for various plant locations.
* Run reports and provide detailed insights to assist in optimizing inventory levels.
* Plan for Every Part (PFEP) Analysis:
- Perform PFEP analysis for plants, generating reports and recommendations to improve part management processes.
* RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Project Support:
- Assist with data cleanup tasks related to the RPA project.
- Follow up with Buyers on outstanding data and process requirements to ensure smooth project execution.

What We Seek:

* Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to analyze large datasets.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
* Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Certifications (optional): Any certifications related to supply chain or procurement (such as APICS) would be an asset.
* Availability: This is a full-time Intern position for Summer 2025. Candidates must be available for standard business hours and may be required to work occasional overtime to meet project deadlines.

Outstanding Candidates Will Have:
* Prior internship or coursework in procurement, supply chain, or data analysis is a plus but not required.
* Experience with procurement software, ERP systems, or process automation tools (such as RPA) is a bonus.
