The Software Engineer 2 role works within our agile/scrum Product Engineering team to develop software via assigned tasks provided by, and overseen by, technical leadership. This role is taking on and completing small tasks to the definition of done, work with immediate peers, and communicate appropriately. Responsibilities:
- Applyingcurrent and learning newtechnical skills and understandingrequired to complete tasks to the definition of done.
- Workswithin team structure and way of work to deliver assigned itemsin established timelines.
- Timely remediation of quality issues reported during the development process.
- Aligns code developed with appropriate standardssetby workgroup (coding standards, documentation, etc.).
- Gainingan understanding of the overall codebase of assigned products / projects and the business purpose.
- Collaborates with technical leadership on approach for assigned tasks and ideas.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Systems or engineering fields, or equivalentexperience
- 2 - 4+years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of object-orient programming (OOP) and Design Patterns
- 2+ years of experience withC#, JavaScript,HTML, and CSS
- 1+ years of experience with a JavaScript framework such as React, Angular, or similar
- 1+ years ofexperience developing applications on the SQL Server platform using T-SQL, stored procedures, and functions
- Experience working with REST APIs
- Experience with agile environments
- Technologycertifications, a plus
