INSIGHT INTO THE ROLE

The New Product and Life Cycle Manager is responsible for
overseeing the development, launch, and ongoing lifecycle management of
Datamars Livestock products within North America. This role combines product
expertise, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to support
revenue and profitability goals. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison
between R&D, marketing, and sales, ensuring that our products meet market
needs and achieve their full potential.

KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES

* Product Lifecycle Management:
Manage all aspects of the product lifecycle, from initial development and
pre-launch to growth and end-of-life planning.

* Market Insights & Expertise:
Serve as a subject matter expert on Datamars and competitor products, gathering
insights into customer needs and market trends to guide product strategy.

* Product Development & Improvement:
Develop business cases for new products and product enhancements, supporting
R&D with North American market recommendations and priorities.

* Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with R&D, marketing, and sales teams to facilitate smooth
product launch and ensure alignment with customer needs.

* Partner & Supplier Coordination:
Support assessments and relationship management with manufacturing and supplier
partners.

* Customer Journey Focus:
Ensure a customer-centered approach to product planning and improvements,
enhancing the customer experience and meeting usage needs.

* Training & Education:
Organize product training and continuing education for both internal teams and
external partners.

* Thought Leadership:
Provide insights into industry trends and innovations to influence product
development and marketing strategies.

* Project Management:
Skilled in managing multiple projects, timelines, and budgets effectively to
meet deadlines and launch dates.

* Communication & Collaboration:
Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work cross-functionally, build positive
relationships, and present complex information in an engaging, accessible way.

* Customer-Centric Approach:
Dedicated to understanding and enhancing the customer journey, translating
insights into actionable improvements.

* Innovation & Problem Solving:
Brings a creative approach to problem-solving and identifies solutions to meet
market demands.

* Timely execution:
Ability to get hands-on and execute for on time deliverables

Additional
Responsibilities

  • Assist with the creation, execution, and updates of packaging
    and promotional materials.
  • Act as a spokesperson for products in internal and external
    presentations.
  • Support other marketing and product-related initiatives as
    required to achieve business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

* Experience:
5+ years in product management, marketing, engineering, or related fields, with
customer-facing or sales experience preferred.

* Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a relevant field.

* Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); SAP and
Salesforce experience preferred; ability to learn project management software
quickly.

* Analytical & Strategic Thinking:
Strong analytical skills to develop business cases and assess product
performance.
