Job Title: Internal Audit Manager - Wealth Management

Overview:RSM is seeking a skilled Internal Audit professional to join our Regulatory Compliance group within the Internal Audit, Compliance, and Legal Division. This role is ideal for compliance and audit professionals eager to drive impactful client solutions and strengthen regulatory programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Focused audits for global bank financial institutions.
  • Assess programs, identify gaps, and enhance controls.
  • Develop and implement policies and governance frameworks.
  • Conduct independent testing and provide improvement recommendations.
  • Address regulatory actions with sustainable solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal audit teams and build client relationships.
  • Understanding of Wealth Management business areas, its products, and supporting functions is preferred.
  • Assist in every step of an audit including scoping, planning, fieldwork, and reporting.
  • Execute audit testing.
  • Identify risks, assess mitigating controls, and make recommendations on improving the control environment.
  • Prepare commercially effective audit conclusions and findings, and present to IA senior management and business clients.
  • Follow-up on open audit issues and their resolution.
  • Assist in the audit team's continuous monitoring effort to cover market and regulatory events, business and technology updates, and audit/reviews completed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:6+ years in audit or related controls testing roles.
  • Certifications:CRCM, CIA (required), CAMS (preferred)
  • Skills:Strong leadership, communication, and client service skills.
  • Education:Bachelor's degree (advanced degrees preferred).
  • Travel:Willingness to travel as needed.

At RSM, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
