Position Description

Modine is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and flexible high school or college student who can bring their skills to the workplace. The Accounts Payable Apprentice/Intern will support the AP Coordinators. This position is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices; ensures all necessary supporting documentation has been obtained and filed; and builds relationships with both internal employees and external vendors. The position will provide the opportunity to apply academic coursework in a semi-professional setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive vendor invoices and execute the 3-Way match for invoice entry for product received
  • Receive service invoices and obtain proper approval and documentation for invoice entry
  • Assist with other responsibilities as needed
Required Education & Qualifications

Required Education:

  • Pursuing Bachelor's /Associate's degree or enrolled in a High School Co-op Program

Required Qualifications:

  • Interest in the Business field
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Enthusiasm to learn
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
