Description and Requirements

***This role requires a candidate that is willing to work onsite in Morrisville, NC or is willing to relocate to the area. This candidate will work a hybrid model with three days onsite and two days remote.***

Description:

  • Premium Hospitality Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive hospitality strategy tailored to customers and partners, ensuring alignment with our brand values and partnership objectives.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate all aspects of hospitality experiences including venue selections, catering, entertainment, and transportation to create memorable experiences.
  • Customer / Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our guests, providing clear communications throughout, understanding their preferences and needs to deliver a personal touch to their overall experience.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets for hospitality programs, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality and luxury standards.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from customers and partners post-events to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement in future hospitality offerings.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Lenovo partners and agencies as well as Lenovo marketing, sales, and event management teams to ensure seamless execution of hospitality initiatives and alignment with overall business goals.
  • Oversight: oversee event on-site execution, including set-up, staffing, guest logistics, stakeholder communications, vendor organization and problem-solving


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in hospitality management, with a focus on premium services or event planning.
  • Proficiency in working with budgeting and financial management.
  • Proven experience in managing high-profile events, preferably in sports, entertainment, art/cultural and/or e-sports/gaming properties.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Driven hospitality professional with a history of creating unforgettable experiences.
  • Must be flexible and willing to travel (multi-day, weekends and short-notice travel expected).
