Title: Driver/Certified Nursing Assistant Job Duties: Driver/Certified Nursing Assistant will serve multiple duties regarding the therapeutic care and transportation needs of the people we serve. The driver provides facility staff with driving services such as persons served to doctors' appointments and recreational activities, running errands, and picking up and transporting admission/discharge persons served. This position requires the ability and desire to work with a diverse group of individuals respectfully and professionally. The driver will also be responsible for assisting in providing the therapeutic milieu by monitoring and communicating with persons served and assisting in crisis intervention. Schedule: Monday-Friday: 7am-3:30pm. If no appointments, employee will be assigned as a CNA in the unit. Qualifications:

About the campus:Crestwood Manor in Fremont is a skilled nursing facility serving individuals from a number of California communities. The facility provides long-term treatment services to people with a primary medical diagnosis and specialized behavioral management needs - for example, Alzheimer's or dementia. The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
