Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Varicent Sales Performance Management (SPM) / Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, configuring, and enhancing the Varicent SPM software application to ensure efficient commission processing and reporting. You will also work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions that streamline processes, improve cycle times, and ensure accuracy. Pay Transparency Salary Range:$57,500-$100,000 Overtime eligible:Exempt Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes Sales bonus eligible:No Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location.
