What you'll do: As the General Manager, you will have both sales and P&L responsibility. Lead your team in bringing value by solving your customers' needs and building mutual beneficial relationships with new and existing industrial B2B customers. Much of your time will be spent working with your team in the field, calling on and developing long lasting relationships customers. Our diverse customer base includes the following market segments: the semi-conductor and high-tech industries, aggregate, food and beverage, original equipment manufacturers, schools, hospitals, municipalities, medical, HVAC and more. Develop your team to meet/exceed sales and profit goals by developing a productive, healthy environment where people want to succeed and grow personally and as a team.
Qualifications:
In accordance with applicable wage transparency law requirements, the typical estimated total compensation for this position is $200k-$250kper year. This includes salary ($80k-$100k/yr) based on experience, as well as quarterly and monthly bonus opportunities based on performance.
