The Role:
Our site in Billerica, MA is seeking a/an Human Resources Intern to join our team for the Summer 2025 season. This assignment is intended to be 12-14 weeks in duration.

Supporting Entegris' Microcontamination Control (MC) division HR Field group with locations in MA and CA is a key responsibility of this role.

What You'll Do:
* MC HR Projects (TBD)
* Assist with EE Relations/Investigations
* Gain real life HR experience, as part of the MC HR Team
* Support Engagement Activities including Driving Annual Survey Participation.
* Daily Administrative Tasks,
* New Hire I-9's
* Track EE Recognition Programs
* Job Requisition Processing

What We Seek:
* Currently studying HR/Business Administration

* Desire to learn, not just in the HR world, but learn more about the semiconductor industry
* Must have people skills, ability to interact with all levels of the organization.

Desired Major(s) & Graduation Year:
* HR/Business Administration

Eligibility:

• Must be a currently enrolled student.
• Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in mid-May or June through mid-August or September
• Must be familiar with the universities requirements to participate in an internship program.
