Yoh has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Director Pentester
with expertise in A pplication Penetration Testing
in Tampa or Dallas. Our client is a is a large financial services company. This would be a hands-on role with NO direct reports. You would be responsible for leading pen testing engagements and be a subject matter expert.

  • Perform assessments, analyze risks, conduct vulnerability tests, and review security across various business processes while adhering to established standards.
  • Monitor and address risks, escalating when necessary.
  • Conduct ethical penetration testing on web applications and APIs.
  • Assist developers by providing detailed reports on vulnerabilities and recommending remediation measures.
  • Facilitate seamless coordination across multiple teams.
  • Oversee the tools, servers, and infrastructure used for testing and analyzing application vulnerabilities. Collaborate with infrastructure, database, and development teams to ensure optimal tool usage.
  • Develop and maintain best practices and guidelines for secure coding.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in application security technologies and strategies for detecting and reporting risks.
  • Reduce risk by following established procedures, monitoring controls, identifying critical errors, and upholding high ethical standards.



Estimated Min Rate: $119000.00
Estimated Max Rate: $170000.00
