JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, supply chain management or related field.
• 7 years' experience working in a business environment.
• Capacity to collaborate cross-functionally and direct others on processes and procedures related to job duties.
• Project management skills; keen analytical skills; outstanding presentation skills.
• Advanced proficiency across Microsoft Office suite.
• Verbal and written communications skills, including correct grammar, clear, concise and appropriate word choice and tone.
• Work management skills in prioritizing and managing workload.

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in Strategic Sourcing/Procurement processes.
• Vendor management experience is a plus.
• Exposure to Supplier Diversity programs.
• Knowledge of ARIBA Spend Management System and Oracle Financials.
• Strong negotiation skills.
