Responsibilities

Our engineering team is located in Loveland, Colorado and relocation benefits are provided. Although you'll be part of a team, you will also be working independently on your priorities and tasks. The scope and complexity of your projects will be based on your existing knowledge and capabilities as well as how fast you can acquire new skills. We offer a challenging and dynamic working environment with opportunities to make a substantial contribution in exciting new product development.
About the Job:
You will be working on projects as a member of a team that gathers requirements, analyzes, designs, prototypes, develops and tests software and firmware Keysight Labs' general purpose operating systems. You will be working with other engineers to create a complete solution for a variety of processor boards and use cases.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop & deliver new firmware features on Linux and Windows operating systems
  • Build and maintain close relationships with R&D Software engineers, QA, and Production teams
  • Lead Keysight in producing secure and effective software
  • Actively participate in reliability improvement team

Qualifications

  • Graduated with a BS or MS Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering or Computer Science degree
  • 3-5 years of industry experience in a related field
  • Programming skills using multiple programming languages such as C, C#, C++, Python, shell scripting
  • Experience working on operating systems and control hardware
  • Excellent English - written and oral communications skills.
  • Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and succinctly.
  • Excellent teamwork skills, commitment to the task, creativity in problem-solving.
  • Work collaboratively to solve difficult technical problems.
