Qualifications: High school diploma or GED 3+ years of electrical/mechanical experience Mechanical aptitude to operate and troubleshoot equipment Excellent customer service Service Technician Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair basic mechanical commercial food equipment. Assist with more advanced installations when needed. Perform and document preventative maintenance on mechanical food equipment. Follow standard operating procedures outlined in safety manuals and programs. Ensure all company vehicles, tools, and inventory are properly managed. Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times. Deliver a quality customer experience that supports the company's financial goals. Stay updated on industry and equipment knowledge. Adhere to the company's safety and driving policies.
