Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$20.04 - $25.05 / hour

Summary

Responsible for asset locating, tagging, data entry, RTLS/Environmental Monitoring sensor installation throughout all Lee Health Facilities. Uses Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to create and maintain asset records. Assigns daily resources to assets and schedules appropriate maintenance to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies as well as to sustain the longevity of the equipment. Assures code required maintenance records such as inspections, fire systems, emergency lighting, elevators, and medical gas systems are in place when creating new assets. Checks assets in the program against recall notices to ensure that all equipment is in safe operating condition.
