Job Summary Our City Solutions Mobility Systems Team is seeking a Transportation Systems Project Manager to join our team in the Philadelphia office.

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various transportation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing projects successfully within scope, timeline, and budget.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects in the region follow appropriate PMI standards.

This position will be onsite at client locations a minimum of 3 days a week. Responsibilities & Qualifications

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Perform quantity take-offs

* Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.

* Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.

* Monitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.

* Manage risks, issues, and changes to keep the project on track.

* Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

* Motivate and lead project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

* Track and manage project budgets, ensuring costs remain within approved limits.

* Optimize resource allocation to achieve project goals efficiently.

* Prepare and deliver regular progress reports for stakeholders.

* Maintain comprehensive project documentation for future reference

QUALIFICATIONS (INCLUDING EDUCATION and/or JOB EXPERIENCE):

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.

* Proven experience as a Project Manager (3+ years preferred).

* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).

* Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).

* Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

* PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification.

* Transportation experience preferred but not required
