Texas Oncology is looking for a Contact Center Care Coordinator to join our team! This position is a REMOTE position and will support San Antonio Region. In this role you will work in a contact center that supports all of Texas Oncology's 220+ sites across the state of Texas. What does the Contact Center Care Coordinator do? The Contact Center Care Coordinator is responsible for providing outstanding customer service while managing and coordinating healthcare services between patients, family members, care providers, and other healthcare institutions.
