Job Summary We are currently hiring a Senior Account Executive, Technical for our Technical team, and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. Key activity is to utilize telemarketing and direct sales calls to identify business opportunities by uncovering sales prospects and evaluating their position in the industry. Sells staffing services by establishing contacts, effective marketing and developing relationships with prospects. Will target clients that use multiple staffing vendors and have enough target spend to justify the sales effort and activity. Essential Duties Your Day-to-Day Leadership includes Activities such as these:
- Develop new business with prospective and current clients through telephone and direct sales to increase gross margin profitably, while adhering to all minimum KPIs for Financial and Activity metrics.
- Meets with clients to assess their needs and develop proposal to provide solutions to their staffing challenges.
- Completes and manages entire proposal responses and Requests for Proposals. Delivers sales presentations to key prospects and clients, and through face-to-face contact, shares information on Professional and Technical services and develops solutions to meet client needs. Will use cost benefit analysis to support value proposition.
- Negotiates and closes deals.
- Obtains client service agreements.
- Develops short term and long-term sales plans in alignment with company objectives to successfully manage changes in the market. Monitors and evaluates sales activities based on goals and targets. Forecasts sales activity accurately and achieve weekly and monthly sales goals by developing and maintaining a schedule of calls and utilizing prescribed sales tools.
- Maintains relationships/communication with current and potential client base to ensure expectations are being met or to identify additional business opportunities.
- Ensures safety of talent at client sites and verify that they are performing tasks within the appropriate job description.
- Develops repeat and referral business through excellent service and follow-up activities.
- Builds and maintains partnerships with recruiters providing them with relevant information and guidance to ensure competitive candidates are submitted for open requisitions.

Excellent negotiation skills, ability to handle high pressure environments without getting stressed, collaborative and team oriented, excellent planning and presentation skills, adaptable in changing situations. KPI and metric driven with ability to manage others to these KPI's, proficient in database applications, Microsoft Office, and the internet as a business tool, and extensive network with ability to build a book of business. We also desire at least 10 years of sales experience in a service industry with a proven track record of success. A bachelor's degree and prior technical or professional staffing experience is preferred as well as willingness to travel when necessary for sales meetings.
