As a key player on our dynamic HR team, you'll be helping guide our compensation strategy across North America. Key Responsibilities: Compensation Partner Collaborate with leaders and Human Resources Business Partners to develop and implement compensation solutions appropriate for their business needs and are consistent with the organization's reward strategy. Provide advice to leadership on pay decisions, policy and guideline interpretation. Compensation Programs Administer our compensation programs that include merit, promotion, incentive plans. Review escalated external and internal offers for internal equity and alignment with pay philosophy. Collaborate with Human Resource Business Partners and leaders on promotions as well as pay adjustments. Compensation Operations Successfully execute annual reward cycles as well as off cycle pay adjustments. Maintain compensation level structures, conduct market pricing, and perform job evaluations. You'll lead a continual effort to automate and scale compensation processes with company growth. Communications and Training Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and/or deliver compensation content and training for Human Resources Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, leaders, and team members for both foundational as well as complex aspects of our compensation programs.
